Sofia - Borovets - Bansko – Leshten - Rila monastery - Sofia

Day 1: Sofia – Borovets
Arrival at Sofia International Airport. Meet and Assist. Transfer to Borovets, one of the most famous and largest ski centers in Bulgaria, situated in the northern part of Rila mountain. Accommodation in a 3* / 4* hotel. Free time.Dinner and overnight in Borovets.
Day 2 : Borovets
After breakfast “Fishing” competition. Lunch in a local restaurant - with the catched from you fish.
In the afternoon visit the former King’s Residence “Tzarska Bistrica”.
Dinner. Announce and award the winners from the “Fishing” competition. Overnight.
Day 3: Borovets - Bansko
After breakfast travel to the town of Bansko. Accommodation in a 3 * hotel in Bansko.
Lunch in traditional tavern. After lunch sightseeing in Bansko with its Revival houses and cobbled streets. Visit the biggest in South Bulgaria church “Sveta Troitza”- now a national monument, the History museum. Dinner in the tavern of the hotel with live music. Overnight .
Day 4 : Bansko
After breakfast team competition - “Tourist orientation” in Pirin mountain.Picnic in the mountain with a special program. In the afternoon – free time. Dinner in a traditional for the region folk-style restaurant with authentic music and for those who want – learn to dance “Horo” – Bulgarian national dance. Announce and award the winners from the “Tourist orientation”. Overnight.
Day 5: Bansko - Leshten
After breakfast trip to the village of Leshten – authentic Bulgarian village, situated in the Rhodopi mountain, famous with its restored 18th century houses. Lunch in the tavern of the village, where you will taste authentic meals from this region. Free time. Dinner with performance
of the soloist of an ensemble for folk songs and a bagpiper. Overnight.
Day 6: Leshten – Rila monastery - Sofia
After breakfast trip to the Rila monastery, the biggest and most significant monastery in Bulgaria / under the protection of UNESCO /. Lunch in a traditional restaurant near the monastery.
After lunch travel to Sofia. Accommodation in 4 * hotel. Farewell dinner. Visit a performance of the famous Bulgarian folk ensemble “Cosmic voices”. Overnight.
Day 7: Sofia
After breakfast sightseeing tour of Sofia - Visit “Al. Nevskly” cathedral, “St. Sofia” church, National art gallery.Transfer to the airport for departure.
